Sustainability policies, certificates and Code of Business Conducts
Policies play an important role in implementing our sustainability targets and principles. We comply with the Algol Group’s Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy, Quality Policy and Code of Business Conduct, which define the ethical principles that guide the activities of all our business units and employees. We also require our suppliers and subcontractors to commit to these principles.
Management systems compliant with the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards, the EcoVadis sustainability assessment and the Responsible Care
programme for the chemical industry guide us in working systematically and effectively towards our targets.
We regularly assess the risks and opportunities associated with our operations. We are committed to continuous improvement. We proactively develop our operations in cooperation with our stakeholders and respond quickly to feedback.
Through our sustainability targets and principles, we contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
