Environmental sustainability
We have identified the environmental impacts of our operations. As a distributor and packager of chemicals, our most significant environmental impacts arise from the use of resources at our own production facilities and from the storage, packaging and transportation of our products. Our aim is to minimise the environmental impacts of our operations by using resources more sustainably and building a future with lower emissions.
Our goal is carbon neutrality by 2045
To reduce emissions from the transportation of our products, we collaborate with our suppliers and transport partners to identify solutions. As part of developing our carbon footprint calculations and setting more precise emission reduction targets, we have begun collecting emissions data from product manufacturers and our transport partners. Our goal is to achieve carbon neutrality by 2045.
Less waste
We continuously seek ways to prevent and reduce waste. We closely monitor the shelf lives and condition of our products. To reduce the environmental impact of packaging waste, we recycle packaging materials. We have also increased the reuse of IBC containers.
Responsible sourcing and use of energy, electricity and water
We pay close attention to the environmentally responsible sourcing and use of energy, electricity and water. Our goal is to source only renewable energy for heating and electricity.
